Condescending manager

Just spoke to a person who claimed he was the manager about email i just received to upgrade my experience. He was rude, condescending and just unprofessional. We haven’t even had the flying experience yet. This is a surprise for my daughter. Now there is no refund. I can only hope they provide a good experience for her and her friends. Very disappointing way to start her birthday.

Business of one and done...It was fun but..

Business of one and done...It was fun but kind of a rip off. I gifted this experience to my bf & I for our 3 year anniversary. Paid about $300 for the experience & photos & videos. We were fortunate to catch on to the technique sooner than others but they cut that out your time. You only get 1.5 minutes... like wow. The first session he literally held us on the ground while we got our technique.. that certainly shouldn't count. We then went online to get our PREPAID photos and videos and they were TRASH. Like if someone is paying.. let alone prepaying for them, be sure to get some good ones... The guy behind the controller were just snapping random photos.. not even being intentional about it. THEY DID NOT SHARE you can view the photos after and then see if you actually like them THEN purchase. I guess that was my fault for not asking..lesson learned. I thought it was really fun. My bf said he wouldn't go back after learning how much it costs. Sucks cause I would surely go back if they fixed a few things. But NOW I see everyone's terrible reviews my experience...

Please do not go!!

Please do not go!!! Right as they turned on the blower to fly me in the air my skin started to rip off!!! I yelled STOP STOP, but the co workers were laughing as my skin was bleeding!!!! DO NOT FLY!!! THEY WILL KEEP THE SKIN THAT FLEW OFF!!!! THEY HAD ME FLYING FOR 3 HOURS AND THEY WOULDNT TURN IT OFF... iFly?? MORE LIKE iSATANISTS!!!! I HOPE YOU ENJOYED MY SKIN BAFOONS!

I would not recommend going

I would not recommend going! I got there at the time they told me to get there and because they said we were late and wanted to take so long to see if we could still fly, they then came to us and said we couldn't, even after being on time. absolutely gutted because we traveled for an hour to get to the destination. very disappointing.

Brilliant experience, great with nervous flyers.

I have recently visited the iFly Basingstoke. This was purchased at Christmas, but due to COVID moved to September. Very punctual, sent an email out offering to rebook as soon as possible. We arrived 30 mins early, as suggested. We booked in very easily and went straight up. Receptionist was very helpful guiding us where to go. I flew with another family member. We went up, should've done the briefing at home but they gave us a recap then took us through to put our kit on. My younger sister got extremely nervous and ended up having a crying meltdown and did not want to fly anymore, but the instructor, Dom was ever so helpful. He turned the fan low so she could walk out and see how it felt before flying and gave her so much reassurance and confidence. This made both our experiences really good and I cannot praise him enough... Thank you! She now wants to go again, so definitely worth the money - even for nervous flyers.

Great fun

Great fun, Had a voucher for 2 flights for 2 people. Very well presented, excellent COVID hygiene and good staff.

Terrible reception service at…

Terrible reception service at Basingstoke. Awful, disrespectful and prejudiced.
The skydiving experience was actually very good indeed, shame it was tainted.
Marketing literature is all white faces front and centre. Don’t like that.
